Primary Responsibilities
***Seasonal Part time positions anticipated to start on May 16, 2015 and end on August 31,2015.***
Tasks Performed
Essential Functions
Interacts with the general public in person and by phone; provides information about programs and activities; registers participants; issues and checks membership cards; receives fees; enforces rules and regulations of the facility.
Sets up and takes down equipment used for classes and events; maintains, stores, and monitors inventory of equipment; issues athletic equipment to participants.
Participates in programs, classes, activities, and events; leads crafts, games and other activities for children.
Assists in cleaning and maintaining the facility.
Performs routine administrative tasks for the department; collects funds; prepares deposits as requested; performs routine data entry, record keeping, filing, faxing, and copying documents.
Provides assistance and input regarding programs, participants, and volunteers.
Operates a personal computer and other equipment necessary to complete essential functions to include word processing, e-mail and other programs.
Communicates with supervisors, employees, other departments, vendors, the public and outside agencies; attends various meetings as required.

Summer 2015 Lacrosse Internship in Baltimore

Aloha Tournaments, a Baltimore, MD based company, is the world’s largest youth lacrosse tournament company. Aloha Tournaments hosts some of the largest, most well run lacrosse and field hockey events in the nation. While the competition is always top notch, emphasis is placed on providing each player, along with their family and friends, a unique experience. 

We are looking for two interns for summer 2015 who will serve as the right hand to the Tournament Director for each event from start to finish. The intern will have a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the summer from preparing to execution and the final wrap up of each event.
