NoVA Sports Performance Internships
I was contacted today by Sarah Walls, who is interested in mentoring students in the NoVA area. She has a variety of experiences to offer. She wrote: "In addition to coordinating internships for the company I own, I am also the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coordinator at George Mason University and coordinate all internship opportunities there as well."

Summer Sports Camp Employment in WV
We received this message today from a KIN alum:
I currently work as a Director for Timber Ridge Summer Camp, a children summer camp out of High View, WV(about an hour and 20 minutes from JMU). I wanted to know if you could spread the word around a little bit among students that we are still hiring counselors for our Athletic programs. Specifically in Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Rifle, Ropes and Rock Climbing and others. Our Ideal Candidate has at least completed their sophomore year of college or higher although we sometimes hire students who have only completed there freshman year in specific situations. We provide room and board for our staff as well as they earn a salary, the employment period is June 12-Aug 10. It is really an amazing experience to work as a camp counselors and perfect for college students. I believe our dates even fit well with students who have to take Maymester JMU Courses. I currently have 2 or 3 staff members from JMU, which is exciting. I love to hire fellow Dukes.
Interested students can apply online at http://www.trcamps.com/ or shoot me an email!
