KIN study abroad option in Costa Rica this summer. Dr. Santo Coleman (Health Sciences) is taking a group of students to Costa Rica next summer (June 16-July 6) to Nicoya- one of 5 blue zones - to study some of the social determinants of health that may differ in this area. Blue zones are areas in the world with very high life expectancies (~100 years).
KIN students could count this as one of their KIN electives -- KIN 428.
He's holding an information session next Friday, February 2nd @ 5:30 in HBS G010.
