Fall 2015 Public Advocacy Contest:

How can you use ethical reasoning to improve your health and wellness?

 

The Fall 2015 Public Advocacy Contest is being sponsored by the Communication Center and University Health Center. All undergraduate students are eligible to enter and will be asked to answer the question "How can you use ethical reasoning to improve your health and wellness?”.  Participating students will win some of the $200 prizes, including $100 for first place.

What to do if you are interested:

·        Register online (http://jmu.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_efmQ7k83VPk74Zn) by Tuesday October 27.

 

·        Record your 5-7 minute entry speech at the Communication Center by Tuesday, November 4.   To record your entry, schedule an appointment at the Communication Center, Student Success Center, room 1155,https://www.jmu.edu/commcenter/appointments.shtml.

Finalists will be contacted by Friday, November 6 to present their speech at the final showcase on Thursday, November 12 at 6pm in the Madison Union Ballroom.  A panel of judges from various campus departments will determine the winners.
