The Wediko Summer Program is a short term residential treatment program that serves approximately 150 children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Each year, we hire a group of dedicated, ambitious, and talented individuals to make the program meaningful and successful for each child. We offer a unique opportunity for students in a variety of majors to teach art, athletics, theatre, mountain biking, fishing, and other water based activities. There is also an opportunity for students who are interested in teaching in the classroom and direct care positions.

I know that you are very busy, especially with mid-terms approaching, but I would like to take a moment to ask you for your help. The Wediko Summer Program is in the process of recruiting and hiring graduate and undergraduate students for our paid summer internship. This past summer, students you referred helped 155 children experience hope and success. The Wediko Summer Program continues to receive its best staff referrals from professors like you. This allows us to always strive to make each summer more successful than the last.
