Students who intend to enroll in a Summer 2019 OR Fall 2019 Coaching
Practicum Course should schedule a meeting with Jana Walters no later than
March 29, 2019, for planning.
Appendix D – Practicum Approval Form is due on the last day of classes, Thurs April
26, for Summer or Fall.
