We’re excited to share that the Sentara RMH Wellness Center will be hosting Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 1 & Level 2 certification courses right here in Harrisonburg!
This nationally respected certification provides hands-on, practical coaching education designed for fitness professionals, athletic coaches, and students pursuing a career in the industry. CFSC places a strong focus on movement quality, client safety, and real-world coaching skills that can be applied immediately.
