An Exercise Specialist must be familiar with medical diagnosis and terminology, have a personal training background and be able to design and administer exercise evaluation and training programs to broad population. A candidate familiar with fitness, body composition, and cardiovascular assessment and with NSCA, ACE certification is preferred.
