I'm working as a PT tech for Pivot Physical Therapy in Washington, D.C. before I head to a DPT program in Florida next January and my company is in the process of searching for new techs at multiple locations in D.C. and Northern Virginia. I wanted to reach out to the JMU Kin program because I know Pivot has been impressed with the program's alumni and current students that work here. The craigslist ad for my specific clinic that is hiring for a tech position is listed below and I will put in a great word for any Kin student interested, all they need to do is use the link to contact the clinic director that I help vet potential hires with. If you know anyone that was like me as a senior or junior and is looking to work in DC, send them this way before the position is taken!!! Pivot is a fantastic company to work.
....if students just search "pivot physical therapy" on craigslist they should find other openings in the area as well
