Fieldwork Information Sessions for SP17 are coming up!

Do you need to complete KIN 471 Practicum or KIN 481 Internship during the Spring 2017 semester? You must attend a mandatory information session. Only those students who attend the information session will be allowed to complete fieldwork during the Spring semester. Meeting times are:

Tues Oct 11, 3:30pm-4:30pm, Godwin Hall Room 208

Wed Oct 12, 1:25pm-2:15pm, Godwin Hall Room 208
Fri Oct 14, 10:10am-11:00am, Godwin Hall Room 341

Mon Oct 17, 8:00am-8:50am, Godwin Hall Room 341

Next, prepare the following documents to bring to your information session:

1.    Current resume

2.    Your five and ten year professional goals

3.    A list of 3-5 potential sites for your practicum or internship

4.    The semester you are planning on completing your fieldwork

5.    Application for Fieldwork**

After your site has been secured, you will submit the following form to Jana:

Finally, the deadline to submit your Agency Acceptance Form to complete Spring 2017 fieldwork is Friday December 9. This is the last day of classes this semester. Start this process soon! Many sites fill their opportunities 6-8 weeks before the deadline.
